ApplyPilot is digital CV and job-search assistance proposed under MAFSAN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FZC-LLC. Commercial sales are disabled until permitted licence activities, online-activity permissions, merchant disclosures, tax treatment and delivery checks are confirmed. The supplier is currently not registered for UAE VAT. This does not mean the service is exempt from every tax obligation. Applicable tax treatment and sales jurisdictions must be reviewed before checkout is enabled.

What we provide

Free access includes local CV word comparison and links to employer job boards. When enabled, the optional paid bundle includes a job-specific CV draft with professional summary, experience, skills and education where supplied, plus the complete application review, cover-letter template and interview prompts. Download the CV in editable Word, PDF or text. The draft preserves supplied facts; unsupported employers, dates, qualifications, skills and numeric claims are rejected. Review all wording and facts before applying. Missing career details must be supplied before purchasing. The PDF exporter supports Latin-script text; use Word if PDF cannot encode your text.

Price and payment

The optional bundle costs USD $9 total, paid once at the end of the preview funnel. No subscription or recurring charge is authorised. Any applicable tax will be included within that total. Employer job discovery and previews are free. Checkout is created on our server and payment is verified with Stripe before the full bundle is released.

What the pack contains

A job-specific CV, a tailored cover letter, interview answer outlines, explained CV edits and a requirement action plan. CV and cover letter support Word, PDF and text export. The free preview shows a prepared edit and its reason; the complete documents are released after verified payment. AI drafts require your review and are based on the information you supply.

Delivery

The package is prepared before payment. After verified payment, download using the same browser within 24 hours of preparation. Browser settings that remove cookies or clear session storage can interrupt self-service access. Contact support with your receipt if access fails. Do not send your CV in a support email. An expired, failed or deleted preparation must not be purchased.

Limits of assistance

We are not a recruitment agency, employment-placement service or employer representative. We do not introduce candidates to employers, submit applications on your behalf, charge for access to a vacancy, guarantee interviews or jobs, or provide immigration advice. You decide whether to apply and communicate directly with employers. AI and keyword analysis can be wrong; review every statement before using it. Listings may change or close.

Your responsibilities

Use only CV and posting content you are entitled to provide. Do not upload sensitive identifiers, third-party applicant data, malicious content or documents containing instructions to misuse the service. Do not fabricate experience or attempt to access another customer’s package. Age 18 or older is required for AI processing.

Refunds and consumer rights

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Requests for immediate digital delivery do not remove non-waivable consumer rights. We do not use a blanket no-refunds rule. Material delivery failures, duplicate charges and significant product defects will be investigated and remedied. Applicable mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting terms.
