Refund Policy

Before you pay

You can browse employer boards and review the free preview without paying. The paid bundle costs USD $9 once. Checkout remains disabled during the preview release.

Delivery problems and duplicate payments

When sales are enabled, contact mafsanglobal@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt or transaction reference if the bundle cannot be accessed, a duplicate charge occurs or you receive a materially defective or incorrect package. We will verify the purchase, attempt to restore authorised delivery where appropriate, and refund when the service has not been delivered as described. Do not include your CV, card details or API keys.

Review process

We aim to acknowledge support and refund requests within two business days. Refunds, where approved, return through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary. Statutory rights and applicable cancellation rules are not limited by this policy.

What the price covers

The charge is for optional digital application assistance. It is not a recruitment fee, job referral fee or charge for a guaranteed interview. Lack of a job offer alone does not mean a digital bundle was defective, but it does not prevent you from reporting an actual defect or exercising a statutory right.
