For access or refund requests, include your Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Do not email CVs, full card details or API keys.

My preview looks inaccurate

The free preview compares individual words and is not an ATS score. Equivalent wording can be missed. Read the actual job description and check that every claimed skill reflects your real experience. AI guidance, when enabled, also requires your review.

I paid but cannot access my package

After sales are enabled, return using the same browser that created your preview and choose Check again. A checkout return does not by itself prove payment; the server waits for verification. Download within 24 hours of preparation. If access fails, contact support with your Stripe receipt. We will verify the purchase before restoring access or resolving a refund.

Remove my data

Clear the CV fields to remove the current page’s local text. After AI preparation, the Delete my prepared package control removes its active stored content and preview. Expired package content is purged by scheduled cleanup. Payment and consent records may be retained where legally required.

How do I apply for a job?

Follow the employer’s own application link. ApplyPilot does not submit applications, contact recruiters for you, collect recruitment fees or guarantee work.
